We understand the concern of parents who live away from their children. Therefore, we are here to provide you our services and support in helping your child find a suitable course of study and assisting them in every possible way during their stay in India. We are here to not only get your child an admission in a good school / institute but also to assist in every possible way. We are a home away from home. Our services include the Buddy Program and the Academic Track Record features.Buddy program:Your child is our responsibility from the time of admission till he / she completes his / her academic course of study in India. Every applicant is allotted a “Buddy”, who will be directly in touch with your child from time-to-time, and who can be approached at any given point of time.Academic Track Record:IEF will be keeping a track record of your child’s progress and will be directly interacting with the faculty of your child’s school / institute and will keep you informed.Travel & Accommodation: Will be arranged on request.
Admission Criteria
An international student seeking admission in any of the Indian schools / institutes shall enclose the following documents with the application.Eligibilty: Temporary registration to International / NRI shall be subject to the condition that they are registered as medical practitioners in their own country from which they have obtained their basic Medical / Dental qualification and that it be recognized by a corresponding Council or a concerned authority in India. The Medical & Dental Council(s) of India may, on payment of the prescribed fee for the registration, grant temporary registration for the duration of the Post Graduate training restricted to the college / institution to which the candidate is admitted for the time being exclusively for Post Graduate studies
List of documents to be produced at the time of admission Under Graduate Programs :
  • 10th Std./SSLC & 12th std. certificates
  • 10th & 12th std. marks cards
  • Council’s Registration Certificate
  • Proof of NRI status – Passport copy and Student visa
  • Proof of employment of the parent abroad
  • Sponsorship letter, if applicable
  • 10thStd./SSLC & 12th std. pass certificates (for date of birth) – Original +3 copies
  • Council’s Registration Certificate
  • Eligibility Certificate issued by the respective school/ University
  • Migration certificate from the outgoing university
  • Physical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner and Blood group certificate
  • Photographs: Passport size: 05 ; Stamp size: 05
List of documents to be produced at the time of admission Post Graduate Programs :
  • 10thStd./SSLC & 12th std. certificates
  • Marks cards for all the years of their UG program must be submitted
  • Degree/Provisional Degree certificate issued by the University
  • Internship Completion Certificate
  • Council’s Registration Certificate
  • Proof of NRI status – Passport copy and Student visa
  • Proof of employment of the parent abroad
  • Sponsorship letter, if applicable
  • 10thStd./SSLC & 12th std. pass certificates(for date of birth) – Original +3 copies
  • Marks cards for all the years of their UG program must be submitted– Original +3 copies
  • Provisional Degree (UG) certificates issued by the University – Original +3 copies
  • Internship Completion Certificate – Original +3 copies
  • Council’s Registration Certificate
  • Eligibility Certificate issued by the respective school/ University

Additional documents to be produced by NRIs only:
  • Valid passport and student visa for the period of study. (Original must be shown for verification. 5 duly-attested photocopies must be produced.)
  • Proof of employment of the parent – Original
  • Attested photocopy of the passport of the parent (if the student has studied in India)
Additional documents to be produced by International students only:
  • Valid passport and student visa for the period of study. (Original must be shown for verification. 5 duly-attested photocopies must be produced.)
  • Letter of sponsorship if applicable – Original + 5 copies
  • *Residential permit from the local SP and FRO
  • *No objection certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India
  • These will be processed once the student reports at the University/Institution
